This is a great way to start e-coaching sessions, or simply request assistance from the convenience and privacy of your own home. Clients can request phone call sessions at an additional fee. Services for Veterans may be given free of charge. If you are a Veteran requesting assistance - you must complete form and attach to email with a copy of DD-214 and some sort of photo identification.
